Access to CIS and IHS Technical Indexes through Athens

There is currently a national problem affecting access to Construction Information service (CIS) and IHS Technical Indexes through Athens. We have contacted the publisher who say they have been aware of a problem with other institutions, and are investigating. Access seems to be intermittent – sometimes with a ‘Page not found’ or a ‘799.1 Error Message ; unauthorised authcode’.  We will let you know here as soon as the problem is resolved.
