EBSCO tell us that “We have now been informed that the fix for CINAHL MESH searching has now been implemented and is returning results as expected.”
Please let us know if you are continuing to experience this error.
There is currently an error when searching CINAHL via EBSCO, although none of our other EBSCO databases seem to be affected. We have raised this with EBSCO, who should fix this soon.

Update from EBSCO received Wed 25/01/2012 23:04 : “We have pinpointed the root cause that has led to imprecise searching and data displays in a few areas within the CINAHL experience as have been reported. We expect these issues to be resolved within the next 72 hours, and will send notification when resolution occurs.”
