ProQuest platform enhancements and downtime

Proquest are rolling out enhancements to their interfaces such as improving their RSS feeds: end users will be able to create RSS feeds for any search and active publications on the ProQuest platform. Their two maintenance windows for this work are  April 19th, 2008 at 22:00 EDT (2 hours) and April 26th, 2007 at 22:00 EDT (12 hours).
